About the {{offerTypeLabel(offer)}}

Daniel Herskedal is a Norwegian instrumentalist and composer who has defied the conventions of the tuba, pushing the boundaries both technically and sonically to create a spellbinding and mesmerising sound. Based in Oslo, he has performed with many different artists throughout Europe, including Django Bates, City Stories, Magic Pocket and Trondheim Jazz Orchestra. However, it wasn't until 2011 when he released "Neck of the Woods" with saxophonist Marius Neset that the world really took notice and pushed his name to the forefront as a world-class soloist.

Daniel Herskedal's brilliant trio are set to delight Cardiff Bay with music from the highly applauded album 'Slow Eastbound Train' released on Edition Records in 2015. You're not going to want to miss this. Have a listen here - http://bit.ly/2fUgFFa - and you'll see what we mean.

**PLEASE NOTE: ffresh opens from 20:00 for evening performances and the Daniel Herskedal Trio will start performing at 21:00. There will be no late admittance, so please arrive in good time.
