All are catered for whether you are a vegan, veggie or a meat eater. Choose from the following fillings:
- Steak Chile Verde: Braised Chuck Steak with Tomatillos, Green Chile & Lime;
- Chipotle Chicken: Chicken Thigh marinated in Cumin and Paprika with a Chipotle Sauce;
- Vegan Chile: Sweet Potato, Aubergine and Chickpeas.
- Chipotle Seitan: Chunks of Mexican Spiced Seitan lathered in our Homemade Chipotle Marinade;
- Griddled Veg: Sauteed Peppers and Onions in a Spicy Tomato Sauce.
Add your Toppings:

Lush food, plenty of choice (I eat meat but had the chipotle seitan burrito, it was really tasty). Lovely friendly staff.
About Woolly Cactus
The Woolly Cactus is a Tex-Mex trailer located on the corner of Victoria Street and Bath Street: the home of some of Bristol's best burritos (but don’t overlook the fajitas, either). They sell darn good Mexi-grub from early morning to early evening. Each tasty treat on the menu is made to order for each customer, and each dish has an almost infinite number of variations to keep you coming back. How’s about pulled pork with roasted tomato salsa and habanero? Or chipotle chicken with sour cream & Jack cheese? Or steak chile verde with a zingy slaw and guacamole?
