As a gentle nod to their position as a nautical venue, the chefs have developed a menu that draws on the idea of travel, taking the best recipes from the places visited by ships leaving Bristol harbour. For instance, a work of careful selection and research provides an extensive tapas menu that draws influence from across the Mediterranean. To accompany drinking, they also created a pizza menu, making everything from the dough to the toppings fresh on board.
