About the {{offerTypeLabel(offer)}}

A roaring log fire crackling away under a Dickensian mantlepiece; aromas of mulled cider and slow-roasted treats tickling your nose; jolly conversation, rosy cheeks, free-flowing alcohol and - of course - copious amounts of hearty, deliciously festive food. It can only be Christmas Day!

Except, this year, you won't have to worry about the cooking, the washing up or keeping Auntie Mable topped up with Port.

Why? Because the quite fantastic team at The Steam Crane will do it all for you - leaving you to worry about what really counts: putting your feet up in their traditional pub (the halls will most definitely be decked out for the occasion) and tucking into the best family meal you'll have all year (all 8 courses of it!).

So, reserve a seat / family table, read through the following menu and get excited for a big feed on the big day:

About The Steam Crane

The Steam Crane Alehouse and Kitchen is named after the Bristol historic Fairbairn Steam Crane, which is the world’s only surviving example. The building has a great history, with illustrious stories of courthouses, hangings and tigers. Now under the wing of Stephen Wallace, the Steam Crane has enjoyed an impressive renovation – of both the space, but also the alcohol lists and the seasonal menus. Be prepared for eye-catching interior design, carefully chosen art on the walls and more than a few candles and chandeliers – where steampunk meets faded grandeur.
