Burns Night Dinner at The Milk Thistle

Fine food, whisky and eccentric Scots are just a few of our favourite things, so we're very excited that Wriggle favourites The Milk Thistle are hosting a very special evening dedicated to the three for Burns Night! In partnership with world famous whisky, Glen Grant, they'll be opening up their decedent private dining room, The Attic, for a very special one-off Whisky dinner, in honour of Robert Burns himself!

For £55 you can enjoy a night of delicious, sumptuous and traditional Scottish food, cooked by the chefs from Bristol institution, The Ox. The indulgent three course meal is perfectly paired with a Whisky cocktail flight, specially created by The Milk Thistle's expert bartenders, and is also accompanied by a selection of neat Whisky tasters

The evening's menu sounds mouth-wateringly divine:

Starter: house-smoked salmon, drop scones, beetroot, horseradish and pickles
Main: charcoal roasted sirloin steak, traditional haggis, neeps & tatties, seasonal greens and gravy
Dessert: sticky ginger pudding, whisky caramel sauce and banana ice cream

Founded in 1840, Glen Grant is one of the most iconic Scotch whiskies, and as a result is one of the best selling in the world. Milk Thistle's private dining table only seats a limited number, so nab your ticket quickly, and prepare to raise a glass and celebrate Burns Night in style, in one of Bristol's most opulent secret dining rooms.

Why we love The Milk Thistle: You can't really get more cool than the Milk Thistle. Hidden away in the city in some of Bristols most historic buildings, it is the flirty younger sister of Bristol’s hippest prohibition bar, Hyde & Co. Spread across 3 floors with a uniquely decorated and adorned interior, if you're looking for a huge choice of exquisite cocktails, this is your place to go. After a recommendation? Wriggle strongly suggests you sample The Milk Thistle Daisy – Tanqueray Export Gin, lemon juice, spiced pear syrup, topped with fizz. Heaven.

How to claim: Purchase through Wriggle now and turn up during the specified window of opportunity. Introduce yourself as a Wriggler, show your code and indulge.
