Summer is here and things are heating up at The RWA with their summer exhibition "Fire: Flashes to Ashes in British Art 1692-2019". The third instalment in their Elements series explores how vital fire has been to the human experience, through technology, storytelling and symbolism and how the duality of our relationship with the element continues to fascinate in the 21st century. The galleries are separated into contemporary works and historical.

Enjoy the exhibition, which includes impactful sculpture, stunning photography and thought-provoking paintings after hours and take advantage of the RWA’s beautiful marble landing and balcony where you can enjoy a glass of bubbly and soak in the evening sun after taking in the works - sounds lush, doesn't it?

The RWA Shop will also be open on the night, offering limited editions prints, books, artists’ materials, stationery and gifts for art lovers.

Your Wriggle includes a glass of bubbly on arrival, and there will also be a cash bar should you want some more bubbles.
