Why we love Muiño: Muiño is the latest addition to the buzzing foodie hotspot that is Cotham Hill. Created by husband and wife duo Alex and Emily, it's named after their favourite bar in a town in Galicia, in Northern Spain. It fuses Small Plates (including Seared Cornish Scallops and Salt & Pepper Squid) and Burgers (Beef, Chicken, Pulled-Pork and a special-recipe Vegan burger) with an array of unusual extras such as Braised Ox-Cheek and Pulled Jackfruit. With a selection of quality beers (bottles of Wiper & True make an appearance) and a strong wine and cocktail menu (look out for their early-evening cocktail happy-hours), they've created an atmosphere which is perfect for a cheeky after-work drink with some bar snacks, or casual dining later in the evening.
