Author of nine cookery books including The Ultimate Wood-fired Oven Cookbook and Master Chef Street Food of the World, Genevieve is also the current Chair of the Guild of Food Writers, a BBC Food Programme regular and a judge on the BBC’s Food and Farming awards. When she’s not busy cooking over an open fire, Genevieve can usually be found walking her dogs in the woods or growing a few good things in her Bristol allotment to eat and use in her latest project, @FoodFireEarth, a fire-based events company.
