Time to give in to the Sourdough Lockdown Trend!
Join the award-winning baker Dave Fung from Little Wild for a fun and informative 4 hours of hands-on, bread-making course.
During the course, you’ll create four kinds of sourdough and yeasted breads. Better still, you’ll get to take them all home at the end of the session, with recipes and sourdough starter, so bring a bag or two to carry your treasures home!
The course also includes a pizza for lunch that you will get to make yourself and hot drinks throughout the day.
The course is suitable for complete novices and those with more experience alike. While you’re making the doughs, Dave will be on hand to explain and demonstrate how to do everything, while answering any questions you have, discuss ingredients and suppliers, techniques, bakery life and much more.
The class will take place in St Werburghs City Farm from 10am – 2pm, so make sure you arrive promptly! The course may overrun as bread cannot be rushed.
