About the {{offerTypeLabel(offer)}}

This week at your comedy local, How Lazy Is He? are thrilled to be bringing Evelyn Mok and Jo Duncan. This is their last night of the season, so snap up tickets now and see them off in style.

Evelyn was nominated for ‘Female Comedian of the Year‘ and ‘Show of the Year‘ at the 2017 Swedish Stand-Up Gala. A stand-up comedian and actor born in Sweden to a father from Hong Kong and a Chinese mother born and raised in India, Mok challenges pre-disposed stereotypes with an unapologetic style and sharp witted hilarity.

Shortly after moving to London, she was quickly selected for the prestigious Pleasance Comedy Reserve and Just the Tonic’s Big Value Showcase also garnering finalist positions in the Chortle Student Comedy Awards and Leicester Square Theatre’s New Comedian of the Year Award. A seasoned live-act, she performs stand-up comedy across the UK and Europe, most recently supporting Josie Long and Paul Foot on their European tours.

Jo Duncan is a favourite on the Bristol comedy scene, a natural and sharp storyteller with the jokes and delivery to make her a triple treat. She's making big life decisions which involve hormones, sperm-shaped lollies, and tearful jogs in the park. Somehow, she can take real-life, real-time experiences and pack them with crafted jokes. Her style of honest, real, raw life with refined humour―you just gotta come hear it.

Doors at 7:30, with last entry at 8. Hosted by Tony Chiotti, your resident cranky Yankee, and followed by a cheekly little open mic, if you're still up for more.

Upstairs. 18+. Five lousy pounds.

Lineup can change without notice, but we'll guarantee a great show.
