If you've got any questions regarding the workshop, or would like Eat For Health to focus on a specific learning point, feel free to contact them on 07562 716 908.

Eat For Health isn't fad diets, point systems, calorie counting or strange imported 'super' foods. Eat For Health is education on how your body actually works so you can understand food and make conscious, informed choices for your body. So many food companies, charities, and pharmaceutical producers benefit from the confusing messages given in the public media about health and food.

Supermarkets are full of Nutritionally-Devoid-Products (NDPs) that hurt your health. The UK government has noticed that disability, disease and premature death is on the rise which is why nutrition labels and traffic light labelling is being introduced on food packaging. You deserve more than dumbed-down Government health messages for the masses.

Human physiology and food can be complicated but it doesn't have to be! Come to a workshop, get the facts and have the opportunity to live a healthier enjoyable life. You can learn about the body, the connections between diet and health with clear, interesting explanations from the lovely team at Eat For Health

Its easy: get your ticket, rock up on the day, and leave informed, inspired and motivated to eat really well and enjoy it too!

The workshops are described as "fascinating" and "incredibly easy to understand"; most people say "I can't believe I didn't know this before" and some people say "this workshop has saved my life". Eat For Health are so confident you'll benefit from the workshops that they offer a money-back guarantee.

About Eat For Health @ St Werburghs Community Centre

Eat For Health is an initiative from Elle, who decided to start helping people eating better, through understanding what food does to our bodies. This Bristol-based food education organisation offers interesting and interactive workshops to people wanting to understand their bodies and showing them how to invest in their health with diet. As Elle says it herself, "“Eat For Health isn’t fad diets, point systems, calorie counting or strange imported ‘super’ foods. Eat For Health is education on how your body actually works so you can understand food and make conscious, informed choices for your body".
