Love seasonal, locally sourced produce? Want to sample the finest that our fantastic region has to offer? Then head to the V&H Cafe, where Harry Dyer of will bring you a celebration of Sussex produce with a delicious four course menu inspired by the seasons and the county

Well known for micro seasonal dishes, supporting local producers and foraging for wild ingredients, Harry will inspire you to shop, eat and cook with more influence from the seasons and local producers. 

So, what's on the menu? Firstly, you'll be treated to a glass of locally produced sparkling wine on arrival, and other drinks (boozy and soft) will be available to buy on the night. Then, you'll be tucking into the following:

  • Small Bite: garden snails, wild garlic gnocchi
  • Starter: cured sea trout, goat curd, sourdough, wood sorrel
  • Main: hogget, wild garlic, asparagus, new season legumes, potato, pan gravy
  • Dessert: fermented rhubarb, spiced crumble, rhubarb hooch, rhubarb granita, cultured cream 

Harry will also be joined by Muir Jankowski, Co-Owner of Fin & Farm (along with her husband Nick), the county's most dedicated and socially conscious produce distributor. Fin & Farm are the bridge between dozens of small, artisanal producers who would usually struggle to find a voice in competitive food industry and the plethora of high end eateries across Sussex, Hampshire, Kent and Surrey, and are transitioning into becoming a fully running social enterprise. You'll have a chance to hear about Fin & Farm first hand, as well as asking any questions you might have.
