Pot-au-feu are delighted to invite you to their Greek Meze Supper Club on 16th March 2018. The evening promises a fantastic feast of classic Greek dishes, all cooked and served in head chef Abigail's own home.

The food: 

Expect a plentiful, varied and soulful menu of traditional cold and hot Greek  meze dishes, such as:

  • Dolmades – stuffed vine leaves 
  • Spanakopita – filo, spinach and feta pastry pie
  • Hummus – everybody's favourite chickpea-based dip
  • Tzatziki – a refreshing yoghurt and mint dip
  • Lamb kleftiko – an indulgent dish made using slow-cooked leg of lamb
  • Souvlaki – Greek-style kebabs
  • Pistatsio – a Greek-style baked lasagne
  • Sheftalia – Cypriot lamb and pork sausages
  • Baklava – filo, nut and honey based sweet treat

The supper club is mainly made up of meat and fish dishes, but if you have a special dietary requirement or allergy, please contact Pot-au-Feu on abigail@potaufeu.co.uk to discuss whether an alternative can be sorted. 

What about booze?

The Supper Club is BYOBPot-au-feu will be in touch closer to the event, guiding you on the best tipple to bring to complement the menu. You'll also be sipping on a traditional welcome aperitif on arrival, and coffee or tea will be provided at the end of the meal.

Pot-au-feu is based in Woodingdean, just up the road from Brighton race course; full details will be sent closer to the time. 

Furry friends

Although Pot-au-Feu of course keep them away during cooking and supper clubs, they'd like to make you aware of Team Cheese – their three cats. Bertie (Camembert), Rocky (Roquefort) and Brie won't be gatecrashing the supper club, but there's a chance they might poke their heads around the door towards the end of the night.
