Dill is a brand new pop-up vegan dining experience from chef Tomas Kowalski - formerly Head Chef at Food for Friends and now proud owner of Social Board. With decades of cooking knowledge behind him, Tomas develops creative recipes using locally sourced ingredients that not only satisfy the tum, but nourish the senses. Drawing on his fine dining background, the menu is of decadent quality and entirely plant-based. Dill is the only dining concept in Brighton giving you the small plate experience exclusively using vegan-friendly ingredients.

So head over to The Better Half Pub on the 6th February for a vegan feast like no other. You'll be savouring Brighton's brand new Plant Based Pop-Up 7 Course Tasting Menu in true style. Arrive promptly at 7pm and you'll be tucking into seven courses of exceptionally tasty, plant-based dishes.

What's on the menu?

  1. Winter garden lettuce soup with sweet onion custard and winter truffle
  2. Hass avocado and cashew nut roulade with radish carpaccio and mango gel
  3. Inari pocket with rice and wild mushrooms, crispy ginger, seaweed and Korean chilli sauce
  4. Sunchoke gnocchi with baby spinach served with sweet coconut curry emulsion
  5. Pizza box
  6. Pineapple three ways with pine nut ice cream
  7. Chocolate and silken tofu tart with dragon fruit and plum sauce

*All dishes are 100% plant-based but some of them contain nuts, soy and gluten.

How to claim

Book your Wriggle through the app or website now, and then head on over to Dill during the specified timeframe. Introduce yourself as a Wriggler, show your code and indulge.
