We can all agree that Valentine's Day is the perfect excuse to treat yourself and get some fancy, delicate food in your tummy. Grab whoever you want to celebrate this Valentine's with - whether it be your bestie, your 3rd cousin, or your Tinder date - and head over to The Richmond for a fantastic, romantic (or not, it's up to you), and delectable dinner. 

On the menu, you'll have:

  • Irish Rock Oysters: Two Carlingford Loch Rock Oysters
  • Tuaca Cured Beetroot Salmon: Salmon Gravlax made with Tuaca
  • Roasted Duck Breast: Seared and Roasted Duck Breast, Dauphinoise potatoes, Heritage Carrots, and Cauliflower
  • Vodka and Lime Sorbet
  • Gooey Chocolate Brownie: Served with Salted Caramel and Vanilla Cream

About Croustillant D @ The Richmond

Prepare yourself for quirky cooking from Englishmen invaded by the French, classic flavours mixed with modern techniques, delivering flavour and tantalising tummies. Expect to be hypnotised by their innovative plates and warmed with satisfaction. Traditional classics served with a crispy coating of love! Chef, Christian aka Chrisdave began cooking as a kid but then went on to train and learn his trade in the bustling kitchens in the south of France and The French Alps. Later Chrisdave went on to spend 5 years working in London, at establishments such as The Delaunay, Berners Tavern and Le Pont de la Tour. Last year Chris moved back to Brighton and worked at the acclaimed restaurant, The Pass, in The South Lodge Hotel before moving on to create his Pop-Up, Croustillant D. Sebastian, the younger brother of Christian, has been around the Brighton pub/restaurant scene for a number of years now after a spell in France, heading up The Tempest Inn, The Three Little Birds and more recently The Lord Nelson Inn. He also has a background in baking, and cooks a mean Roast Dinner!
