Bristol Hopper - Grains, Gradients & Graffiti - Bristol Beer Tour - 21st May 2017

What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than walking around this amazing city drinking different types of amazing beer!? First up is getting stuck right into the "gradients" part of the tour by heading up the hill and into a brewery where 5 small glasses of different beers will be waiting for you.

 After sampling the different flavours there, a 5 minute walk awaits to a lovely little pub and a choice of any half pint from their cask range, complemented by some bar snacks. Following that, there is a steep downhill into graffiti central, Stokes Croft, where you'll select a beer from cask at The Crofters Rights.

Arnolfini Late - Afrometropolis - 26th May 2017

Join the Arnolfini for the first instalment of Arnolfini Lates, a series of immersive artist takeovers across the entire building. Experience out of hours access to the exhibition, alongside music, film and performative happenings, followed by late night music in the café bar. During the night a new futuristic city will emerge curated by Come the Revolution. The Afrometropolis is an inclusive city-state. All can enter.

Arnolfini - Film Screening: Neither One Thing or Another - 8th June 2017

Arnolfini will screen two films by Patrick Hough and Lawrence Lek. Commissioned by Jerwood/ FVU awards the films employ pioneering, conceptually fitting technologies to examine the steadily blurring line between the real and the artificial.

Trinity Centre - Bristol Psych Fest - 7th July 2017 

Day 2 sees the festival step it up a notch with a takeover of the whole of the Trinity Centre. Including two stages, outside DJs, food, bar and amazing visuals brought to you by Gonzo Visuals.

With music from The Glories, Ron Gallo, Spectres, KILL WEST, The Shivas, Hey Colossus and many more, this festival is sure to blow some minds. Make sure you're one of them.

Bristol Pudding Club - Bristol Spirit - 9th July 2017 

Pudding just like mum used to make on Sundays.

Charlie realised Bristol is lacking in two things, fried chicken and a pudding club. Since deep fat fryers scare her, pudding club seemed the most natural option for her to tackle.

The afternoon will start with something savoury to prepare the taste buds followed by four, individual puddings.

Bristol Bad Film Club - Arnie-geddon: A Schwarzenegger Triple Bill! - 29th July 2017

For almost 50 years (interrupted by a spell as governor of California), Arnold Schwarzenegger has bought some of our favourite movie characters to life on the big screen - often doing so while firing gratuitous amounts of guns, smoking cigars, cracking wise and flexing his enormous muscles.

To celebrate Arnold Schwarzenegger's 70th birthday, we'll be screening three films that we feel showcase the very best of Arnie.

As well as the films, there will also be other surprises including competitions and giveaways! There may even be cake...
