The Coconut Tree prides themselves on their freshly-cooked (and delicious) Sri Lankan street-food. Served as small plates (with a few larger ones thrown in for good measure), it's the perfect dinner for sharing. They've also got an amazing cocktail selection, that you'd be silly not to try. Offering a fairly hefty menu, it might be intimidating for first-timers. Surely it's all delicious, but where does one start?! Fear no more, dear Wriggler – they've prepared a special selection with the very best on offer, for your tastebuds only. For cocktails (or Cocotails), you and your lucky buddy will be sipping the Drunken Sri Lankan, a fiery mix of Sri Lankan spirit with native flavours as turmeric and lime, topped with ginger beer. The sharing plates vary according to the option you choose (vegan and meat-eaters, we've got you both covered), but don't you worry, both options come with the Khotu – the best example of Sri Lankan street food served all over the country – a plate of finely chopped vegetables, rotti, egg and cheese.
