Tincan – Clare Street

Tincan Coffee Co. is a collaboration between Adam White & Jessie Nicolson. It provides a space to work, meet and relax in fresh, vibrant & friendly surroundings, whilst enjoying some of the best coffee and service in town. As well as providing their own seasonal blend of coffee, a guest espresso and a range of single origin filters, they also do their bit for the environment; all their suppliers are local, seasonal and organic where possible, all of the milk is organic and all packaging and disposables are 100% compostable, recycled, and made using bio plastic, which is made from plants not chemicals meaning that they can keen their environmental footprint as small as possible. Established in 2011, after saving their first rusty old '69 Citroen HY van from a field in France, they’ve also built up a fleet of lovingly restored, vintage coffee trucks that travel the country serving tasty wares at major events and festivals. You'll notice that they've taken interior design inspiration from these iconic vehicles. Design features include headlamp lights and specially designed seating based on the vans’ front seats, as well as nods to Citroen's distinctive chevron logo throughout the café.
