They've got a brand new chef in residence – and it's a Wriggle favourite, too! Hehehe. Cooking up a veritable foodie storm are the brilliant Salt Street team – headed up by chef Leon, who cut his culinary teeth cooking burgers at one of the hottest venues in town – Asado. The flavours are bold, the ingredients are fresh, and the tastes are sensational – and go down even better with bottomless bubbles! 

What do I get at these mythical bottomless brunches? 

On arrival, you’ll be presented with a refreshing mimosa, and a selection of tasty pastries and muffins to graze on whilst you wait for the delicious main event to arrive. Then, you'll choose one dish from a fabulous selection of five brunches dishes courtesy of Steam's all-new American-inspired pop-up, Salt Street, along with the all-important bottomless mimosa or prosecco!

Inspired by American classics and big stateside flavours, pick any dish from the following, raise a glass and enjoy:

  • Sourdough & Eggs (Veggie): Freshly Toasted Sourdough, Poached Eggs and a pinch of coriander
  • 3 Cheese Toastie: Swiss Emmental, Mozzarella and American Cheese - Toasted in a Cuban Roll 
  • Pancakes & Eggs: Thick American Pancakes Maple Syrup, Fried Egg
  • All-American Fry-up: Home Fries, Eggs, Pancakes Sausage, Bacon, Sourdough
  • Eggplant Parm: Deep Fried Aubergine, Marinara Sauce
