Every day the springiest rolls and freshest loaves, sourdoughs, ciabatta, baguettes and focaccia fan out from Flour Pot’s central bakery to it’s network of cafes across Brighton and Hove. Where’s the beef? Fiveways! These carnivorous kids are classically trained in nose-to-tail butchery, and source all of their pork, lamb and beef from Sussex. They even do seafood.
