When Brighton Bier decided to launch Bierhaus, we couldn’t of been hoppier, and we were even more ecstatic when we caught wind they were opening a second crafthouse in Hanover. Formerly, The Southover, this popular residential hotspot has undergone a full makeover, and is ready to be launched as the brand new Haus On The Hill this Friday.
The new Haus is just over 1-mile from the Brighton Bier brewery, meaning you get to sup on not only the tastiest of ales, but the freshest too. Brighton Bier have won several international awards, including at the World Beer Awards and International Beer Challenge.
You'll find core beers like West Pier, South Coast, Bier and Freshman on the bar along with seasonal and special one-off brews from the brewery. Alongside super fresh pours from their own brewery, they serve the finest German Lagers and Wheat beers, and a constantly rotating list of guest ales and ciders. They’ll also be serving an extensive range of high quality wines and spirits.
Brighton Beer Dispensary favourites, Dizzy Gull are taking the reins in the kitchen, and you can expect some of their delicious classics such as the Oxtail Nuggets and the Dizzy burger, as well as some exciting new dishes such as the Nduju Carbonara - Soba Noodles with togarashi and nduja butter, pig cheek, cured yolk, parmesan, bonito flakes and basil. This isn’t just any old pub food, Dizzy Gull won Brighton's Best Sunday Roast Award in 2017 and dish up an awesomely innovative bar menu.
Two true giants of the Brighton food and drink scene are coming together in this exciting collaboration - we’re expecting big things. There may even be a cheeky Wriggle deal or two coming soon, keep your eyes peeled people!
