Sundays at The Seven Stars are pretty special occasions. They are serving up some of the tastiest roasts in town and you're invited to come along and try them with a friend. Choose from any of the following delicious options: Sous Vide and then Roasted Strip loin of beef, with braised Jacobs Ladder (Short Beef Ribs), Caramelised Chicken Thigh, Pork Belly with Crackling, Vegetable Gratin with Hazelnuts & Red wine reduction, Vegan Aubergine, Chervil Root and Courgette Frittata (with vegan sides). Tasty trimmings included of course (including pukka Yorkshire Pudds!).

Traditional British pub The Cricketers have teamed up with The Brighton Roast Co to offer you locally sourced, free-range roasts seven days of the week. They only work with local suppliers to bring you the finest meat, organic vegetables, line-caught fish and locally produced cheeses. You can expect delicious meats such as Highland Wagyu Beef Brisket and Langley Chase Organic Mutton Leg. They also whip up a mean sub roll if you’re after a lighter bite. With live music every Tuesday and Friday night and a huge selection of Real Ales, The Cricketers has been creating the perfect British pub atmosphere since 1547.

Sundays are a day of rest, of eating, and of indulging, and for team Wriggle that can only mean one thing: going out for a roast. We've teamed up with the brilliant Fountain Head to get you lucky lot a very special Sunday offering, with your choice of any of their delectable Sunday roasts. The menu changes regularly depending on what's seasonal and delicious, but you can expect 15-hour slow roasted brisket of beef, Lemon and thyme roasted chicken with stuffing, 12-hour slow cooked pork belly with crackling or Mushroom & lentil loaf with a tomato & balsamic glaze (v,vg). All the roasts are served with crispy roast potatoes, braised red cabbage, cumin roasted carrots, tender stem broccoli, mustard leeks, a homemade Yorkshire pudding and delicious gravy – Y E S!
