There are a ton of exciting special events lined up as part of the festival including Cocktails and Comedy with Dead Man’s Fingers and MC Cashback at Hotel Pelirocco, a Cargo Cult Tiki Party at Golden Pineapple, a Negroni Trail at various locations across the city and an informative cocktail masterclass, hosted by Black Cow at The Set.
One of this year's standouts is 100 years of Negroni at The Daddy Longlegs on the 5th June. At this fantastic event you'll get to try Daddy Longlegs signature English Negroni, learn how to create a classic Negroni and make your own twist. You'll also learn about Italian spirits and the origins of this tasty cocktail. Cheese and charcuterie will be served throughout the night.
Another event to look forward to is Landship Night at Twisted Lemon on the 3rd June. Head down and meet Founder and CEO of The Real McCoy Bailey Pryor and take a journey through the rum range, including their limited editions; a 12 year old Madeira Cask and 10 year old Virgin Oak. Expect lively music and delicious Caribbean street food enjoyed alongside The Real McCoy summer punches. They'll even be Giant Jenga and Quoits. What could possibly go wrong?
An event the Wriggle crew have been looking forward to is the Tuaca Singathon Takeover at Lucky Voice. Sing your heart out to 90s classics with Tuaca cocktails, jello shots, beer pong, and of course karaoke! There will also be a specially curated Tuaca mini menu on the night too. With a wristband you'll get free entry, banging drinks deals and free karaoke.
During BCW, Amathus drinks in Prince Albert Street will be hosting three free tasting events with their sprit specialists. Showcasing the best of their Gin, Vermouth and Tequilas, and teaching you what to do with them. Maybe you’ll discover your new favourite tipple!
Don’t miss out on the city’s biggest ever cocktail week and grab your Wristbands on Wriggle.
