Why we love it

The Brass Beetle has stolen a pizza our hearts here at Wriggle HQ. With dreamy interiors of dark wooden tables, richly luxurious brass details and regal green walls, we love nothing more than settling in here for a night of decadent, Gatsby-style indulgence.

Peek at the warm, simmering glow of the wood-fired pizza oven in the large open kitchen while you work up an appetite (and perhaps sip on a cocktail or two) – and when you can't resist the rumblings of your tummy anymore: order one of their dreamy, thin and crispy beauties, piping hot out of the oven. As well as some of the most tantalising 12" flavour combinations we've ever had the pleasure of devouring, there's a knockout selection of salads – how does the sound of a pancetta and parmesan 'salad' grab ya?!

Be sure not to miss out on the stunning array of cocktails, too – made with fresh fruit and the finest quality ingredients these range from the dreamy strawberry and basil G&T to the dangerously quaffable elderflower and rose prosecco – lethal.

Brass beetle is one of my local restaurants and never fails to impress me in the way it thinks up of original pizzas and recipe ideas which are delicious time after time! We went for the brunch on a Saturday afternoon and it was by far the best veggie brunch I've ever had, and was presented so beautifully! The service is always super friendly and the right level of attentive. I recommend this place very often to friends and colleagues, and will continue to visit!

Lovely staff. The pizza was amazing. I really liked the atmosphere as well . It’s easy to find. Definitely recommend!!!

Amazing! Pizza, drinks and service are brilliant!

Went for a gluten free pizza at lunch to takeout. The gluten free base was so much better than when the resturant first opened. Lots of cheese, and the sauce had a nice sweet flavour. After a whole pizza, my jaw was a bit achy but it's one of the better GF pizzas I've had.

Always welcomed by friendly staff and the food is always top quality. They are always providing new and exciting pizza and cocktail flavours which is great!

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had 🙂
