Serving authentic Indian fine dining cuisine with a contemporary and creative twist, Moksh is headed up by Mumbai-born multi award-winning chef, Stephen Gomes. Together, Stephen and his team (who recently won an AA Rosette Award for Culinary Excellence) experiment with molecular gastronomy (a.k.a food science, made famous by Heston Blumenthal) to concoct deliciously distinctive dishes.
This isn’t your average curry house. You won’t find chicken tikka masala or lamb korma on this menu. Instead, choose from imaginative options like prawns with aquatic sea bubbles, coconut meringue, flatbread, cress and seasonable edible flowers, or lamb cheesecake with coriander chilli spheres and chilli jam.
With this elaborate approach to Indian dining comes an elevated price tag, but trust us – it’s worth it.
