Late last year saw meat aficionados, Hoof, move into the newly resurrected, and already much loved indoor street food market, Sticky Fingers.
Heading up the exciting new pop-up are Dusty Knuckle's Phil Lewis and John Cook of Cardiff's Arbenning. Together they have created a meat lover’s paradise. Welsh flat-ironed steak in brioche buns, yep you heard right. Their signature burger aptly named, The Dirty Hoof, comprimises Welsh flat iron, cajun French fries, dirty beef ragu, pickles, Hafod cheddar, green herb sauce, candied jalepenos and cultured cream served in Alex Gooch’s potato bun.
