Barley & Rye owes it's name to over 80 speciality beers representing over 20 different countries around the world, alongside over 45 whiskeys from as far afield as Japan and close to home as Wales (GM Paul's favourite is the local Penderyn distillery). It gets even better with the food (tried and tested), with this joint serving some of the finest Welsh dishes crafted with fresh local ingredients. Head chef, Gareth Dobbs, has worked at two world famous restaurants: the two Michelin-starred Le Gavroche under Michel Roux Jr and at Gordon Ramsay's two Michelin-starred Petrus under Marcus Wareing.
