The Vegan Mellanhand means middle-person. They provide a helping hand to those who aspire to live a life that is not too little, not too much, but is just right. A SUNDAY WELL SPENT BRINGS A WEEK OF CONTENT! Having experienced mental illness first hand they are particularly passionate about the importance of taking time out for yourself.
Their mission is to promote the Scandinavian way of life, notably ‘lagom’ which can enhance people’s wellbeing. Lagom' is the Swedish translation of ‘not too little, not too much. Just right.’ This can be in relation to time, resilience, community, inner health, learning and consumption. Rather than fitting a bit of lagom into your day it's more about your approach to life as a whole.
Why Vegan? Lagom and veganism go hand in hand. - balanced - consciousness -fairness -sustainability. They use products which are aligned with lagom. Plant based formulas that are not too little, not too much. Just right.
Little Wild Goose Designs - After studying Applied Arts at University, I began to develop my interest in interior designs and home decoration, setting up Little Wild Goose Designs in 2015.
As a result of working with local charities 1625 Independent Young People and Bristol Hospitality Network I realised the value and importance of being able to help others create comfortable home environments which are personal to them regardless of their budget, income or resources. Since then I have focused on collaborating with others to create living environments that provide a sense of solace and sanctuary.
Whether it is painting bespoke murals in a child's bedroom or running craft workshops that teach participants how to create affordable but beautiful hand crafted home decor products; I love to use my imagination and immersive style to help create distinctive spaces that transform houses into
Homes and give their occupants a small sense of ownership, stability and comfort." Instagram- @littlewildgoosedesigns
