Pizza - Kellaway Porker - delicious, sweet and savoury with a little kick. It's good when you can taste all the individual flavours of the toppings and it comes together for a well cooked very tasty pizza. Leaves you wanting to back for more.
Food was great, unfortunately we didn't know Tuesday was quiz night! So it got fairly busy and loud. Would recommend going on a different night if you don't want to stay for the quiz.
Lovely garden and good service but a bit disappointed with the roast, Yorkshire pudding was very soggy and not a huge amount of food for the price paid.
Very disappointed. Had a great breakfast there before so went back for more. It took half an hour from ordering food to it being delivered to the table and wasn't very good. Eggs had runny whites, hash browns were soggy, sausage not great.
Nice pub, really awful roast
Sunday Roast was really poor, really poor.
Lovely pub, very family friendly, friendly staff and great food
Nice and tasty. But one very thin slice of pork belly, a minute amount of purée and honeycomb on the dessert. After the £60 paid to wriggle and the £35 paid at the venue I was left wondering what I had actually had for my money. That said as I mentioned previously it was all quite tasty and hot.
Food was lukewarm and gravy wasn’t anything to write home about. Veg was delicious though and meat well cooked.
