Owner Steve searched far and wide for the right beef, focussing on the farms of Devon and Cornwall and on the Welsh Borders – eventually settling on Warson Beef Farm. They share the same passion and attention to detail; from the welfare of the animals to the maintenance of farmland, leading to the preparation and plating of the food within the restaurant. This is a slick operation and an impressive space, and most importantly, they serve up fantastic steak.
