Why we love it

Riceminster are comprised of Guillermo and Roshni, a couple who specialise in that most-loved of Spanish dishes, the paella. They cook everything in the traditional Valencian way, using the finest ingredients from Spain including bomba rice, extra virgin olive oil, smoked sweet paprika all imported. They can be found popping-up around Bristol - at Bristol Eats Steam and St Nick's Markets as well as the Hare on the Hill.

Their whole menu is gluten and dairy free, and they always have a meat, as well as a vegan friendly options - as well as (when they're in residence at pubs) some top-notch Spanish bar snacks.
