From the ashes of Roll For The Soul comes Quay Street Diner, a Californian inspired bar and restaurant serving beautiful brunches and delicious crave-worthy dinners in the shadow of some of Bristol's most incredible artwork.
Handmade in Britain by Ox Grills, their custom charcoal grill takes pride of place in the open kitchen.
The menu is built around their love of great produce and cooking over open fire. Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients make-up their fresh and ever-changing offer. Expect the likes of their Pollo Asado Taco Plate, T-Bone Pork Chop, and Grilled Butternut cooked straight from the fire. And this is in addition to some other fabulous staple offerings such as their 'All-American' Double Cheese or Vegan 'Del Ray' Burger.
The bar offers a great range of draft & bottled craft beers, wines, spirits & cocktails as well as house-made vermouths and gins.
Great food and chefs were really accommodating for us considering we had missed the cut off time for brunch!
Good food - the Vegan hotdog beats the vegan burger in my opinion, but both were good - and good atmosphere. Some great staff too
Really good food, great staff
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Quay Street Diner. The food was lovely, the atmosphere and design of the restaurant was great. However, we had paid for bottomless brunch but was not told that we had to keep going to the bar to get our own drinks so we were waiting for quite a while for a second drink. I feel for the price we paid that the staff should keep your drinks topped up for you or at least tell you that you need to go to the bar yourself.
Brilliant pancakes, attentive service despite it being busy! Recondmend booking in advance if going Saturday/Sunday.
Amazing vegan options, great drinks and superb service!
