Portuguese Tavern has popped up along West Street in Old Market, bringing with it the delicious smells of authentic Portuguese cooking. The customs and hospitable approach to service found across the country are reflected in this little slice of continental life. Bruno Mendes has literally brought Portugal to Bristol, playing a radio station from his home country and serving produce sourced directly from over the Atlantic Ocean. Expect traditionally salty, delectable dishes, made for matching with a bottle of refreshing Vidigal Porta red. Choose anything that features the gorgeous prosciutto or grilled chourico.
