The Plumed Serpent Cantina is at the creative vanguard of Bristol's Mexican scene. Having carved one hell of a reputation for themselves (and a passionate foodie fanbase) after an exceptionally successful 2016 pop-up in the Bear Pit, they embarked on a period of mysterious foodie creativity in South West's culinary hinterland - dreaming up new menus and experimenting with fantastical flavours.
This city's hungry masses of Wrigglers have been unable to get a fix of knockout carnitas or awesome antojitos for some time... but the wait is over, and we couldn't be more excited - because Plumed Serpent have announced a new long-term stint at one of Team Wriggle's favourite boozers, Small Bar (which - as you already know - is a renowned hotbed of awesome pop-up food and a veritable temple for boundary-pushing craft beer).
Delivering their own brand of tacos, tortas, chips & specials, expect some memorable PSC classics alongside delicious, bar-friendly new dishes. Antojitos, Corn Tortillas, Fries, Tacos and Tortas (along with a few special foodie evenings along the way) - it's all there. Grab a table, wash your food down with a schooner or two from the bar and raise a glass to the return of the Plumed Serpent. We've missed you, guys.
