Being a small independent family-run business, Pizza Adorare are cruising the streets of the wider Bristol to share their passion for sourdough pizzas with all of us.
It all started off 20 years ago with a holiday to the south of France: after seeing a wood-fired pizza over chucked at the back of a van and a passionate team handing out pizzas to the locals, the Pizza Adorare people decided to recreate the same thing, but in Bristol.
Their sourdough-based pizzas are stone baked in a clay oven for an authentic, wood-fired taste. All ingredients are. sourced locally when possible, plus the team uses the finest imported Italian ingredients in all their recipes.
