Pigsty's recent Gloucester Road opening comes after the success of their first site at Cargo on Wapping Wharf.
Olly, Josh, and Max (the three brothers behind sausage business - The Jolly Hog) and now their mate Will, run the show. Their aim is to bring the relaxed atmosphere of the Cargo site to a new location, so more Bristol locals can enjoy a delicious culinary experience. At Gloucester Road there will still be an all-day menu serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in addition to draft craft beers and ciders. Pigsty is renowned in Bristol for offering the best British pork. And don't worry, there will be something just as exciting for all of your mates - they also serve delicious options for non-pork eaters and vegetarians. The interior of their new pad is sleek and stylish - it also opens up into an amazing outdoor seating area where you can chill in the sun. These guys bring their A-game - trust us, we don't tell porkies!
Really good sandwiches and great customer service.
Outstanding food, great veggie selection.
Food and service were both excellent.
Excellent quality & value on a quiet day, probably due to awful weather.
