Los Hermanos Combinados are one of the absolute stalwarts of Bristol's street food and pop-up scene, beloved by thousands across the city. It's the love child of two brothers who are passionate about proper food – and know a fair thing or two about it, too. Danny is the culinary brains behind the operation, with years of experience in Michelin starred kitchens under his belt, whilst Nathan oversees the operation side of things, keeping Los Hermanos running shipshape and Bristol fashion.
Together, these two brothers are on a vital mission: to make your mouth water and your tastebuds tingle with their heavenly street food style dishes. Thanks to Danny's expertise, you can rest assured that you'll be diving into utterly delicious street food-inspired dishes that are packed with the same exciting, innovative flavour combinations and moreish textures you'd expect from a first rate restaurant – all without breaking the bank.
Fresh, local and seasonal produce is at the heart of Los Hermanos Combinados' food, and is something that Danny and Nathan are passionate about. In order to craft the tastiest, juiciest baps and sarnies, they use ethically sourced meats and fish from Powells of Olveston, a supplier who work with local farmers and fishermen in the South Gloucestershire area to deliver the finest local produce and complete traceability. Meanwhile, bread comes from Clifton's Proper Bread bakery, whilst Danny also brines, smokes, and cures many ingredients himself.
Los Hermanos Combinados are popping up at some of the finest markets, pubs, and fairs across Bristol, as well as venturing out in their trusty van from time to time. So, if you're after big, bold, ballsy flavours that'll satisfy vegans, veggies and meat-eaters alike, then be sure to Wriggle on over to the brothers current incarnation at The Robin Hood and catch them while you can!
