Why we love it

With a background in running the gloriously fun Alfresco Disco, the woman behind Kiosk knows how to give people a grand old time. At the hatch you can't help but be tempted in by the smells of homemade cakes, cooking onions and mushrooms and the warm smile of Victoria waiting to serve you.

Everything on offer is plant-based and we promise you won't miss the meat or dairy. Packed to bursting wraps, colourful salads and huge wedges of cakes and tray bakes will leave any tummy satisfied, plus the views alone guarantee turning any run-of-the-mill lunch into a fabulous one (we're talking prime river vista, bridge sight-line and people watching opportunities).

Nice coffee in a friendly space on the river near Kings St and Bristol Bridge. Really cool to not have to pay extra for df milk and the service was very friendly.

This is a vegan cafe. The coffee they offer is made with oat milk. It is still quite nice, but this was an unexpected reality for me that was not mentioned in the Wriggle
