Why we love it?

Mixing-it with some of Bristol’s Best Burgers (according to The Good Food Awards), Chomp give beef, beer and bourbon the respect they deserve. Great meat, high heat, plenty of seasoning and time to rest – with plenty of credit given to farmer and butcher; their beef comes from British breed Aberdeen Angus & Hereford cattle – born, raised and butchered in the West Country, with steak dry aged for 20-30 days.

The ‘Chomp House Brew’ is made in cahoots with Bristol’s Wiper & True; a zesty pale ale packed with southern hemisphere hops. And don’t forget the Bourbon. As Raymond Chandler once stated: “There’s no bad whiskey; there are only some whiskeys which aren’t as good as others” – at Chomp you’re bound to find a pleaser.
