Think a fusion of exotic yet traditional: crispy squid with Garam Masala spice and Hong-Kong style crispy pulled Duck. Or something a tad closer to home, like slowly roasted Gloucestershire Pork Belly with ginger & rhubarb relish and locally grown Beetroot & welsh Goat’s Cheese. Chin Chin indeed!
