Ceres cemented their place in the hearts and minds of Bristolians with their absolutely awe-inspiring brunch menu. Quite possibly one of Team Wriggle's all-time-fave places to eat, Ceres dish up plateful after plateful of joyful, mouthwatering food.
Owner and chef Dan Ingram's cut his culinary teeth via a lengthy stint working with the legendary Heston Blumenthal, but Ceres' spectacular brekky menu is inspired and named after the finest brunch cafes in Melbourne. After a hot recommendation? Our absolute fave is Ceres' speciality, The Square Mile: a glorious stack of sweetcorn fritters, smashed avo, grilled halloumi, kasundi and poached egg. In true Melbourne style, the coffee is also heavenly – it's not *too* much of an exaggeration to say you haven't lived until you've drunk a Ceres flat white.
Delicious brunch! Lived up to the standards when Ceres was a sit in restaurant - perfect poached eggs and amazing hollandaise!!
Simply delicious!
I'm so happy that Ceres is back and that we could enjoy the best brunch ever at home!
Now I know what was all buzz about! Amazing food! We went for salmon option and sweet corn fritters, blueberry pancakes were out of this world! Very tasty!
So good to see Ceres back on the scene! Best brunch in Bristol 100%
Great pop up, lovely people running it, and also so nice to see the food being cooked. Top multitasking from the server looking after her baby also!
