Described by the Bristol Post as 'the best fish and chips ever', Rocky and Ben have come up with an interesting concept. Part restaurant (tucked away at the back) and part takeaway chippie, this place provides an array of excellent traditional seafood – close enough to the Harbourside for that seaside-ish feel.
All of the fish is from sustainable sources, with plenty of tasting sessions before the restaurant opened to ensure that the team picked the best options available. We love the traditional chippie sides of mushy peas, pickled eggs, bread and butter and curry sauce, among others, were all available – and the prices are very reasonable too, especially given Catch22’s central location.
