Owners Colin & Juliet started off with sharing their love for Southern American and Caribbean cuisines with delicious fusion dishes. They initially were serving their treats at large music festivals where the food was well received but the environment lacked the intimate customer relationship that they wanted to develop.
Lucky for us, BluFire were fortunate to acquire a regular weekly pitch at the St Nick's market where the lunch crowd fell in love with their Caribbean dishes, leading them to focus on this specific cuisine.
With the end goal to let their faithful customers truly taste Caribbean flavours, Colin & Juliet developed their very own signature sauces and marinades, and created what is now their signature dish: the Spicy Jerk Pork. Just give it a try and you'll see what we're talking about.
