Danny - the brains of Big Bao - created this street food saviour where flavoursome Vietnamese and Chinese fusions come to life.
Broadmead based Big Bao serves up the likes of Banh Mis (Vietnamese Baguettes) with pickled carrots, fresh cucumber and chilli, fluffy Bao Buns, and jasmine Rice Boxes which you then top with your choice of filling. Wriggle favourites include The BigBao Special with chicken liver pate, Vietnamese sausage, aromatic duck and charsiu roast pork, and veggie friendly organic grilled tofu with sliced red peppers and aubergine - delish.
As well as dishing up some delicious grub, Big Bao make smooth and strong Vietnamese iced coffees catering to thirsty shoppers. They also rustle up refreshing bubble teas - available in a range of fabulous flavours (you'll be spoilt for choice).
