Baba Ganoush is a vibrant new arrival on the Stapleton Road, and well on its way to becoming an integral part of the Easton food scene.
Owner Shad places an emphasis on community - which is clear from both the warm welcome which the staff here offer up to every single visitor, and the Bristol-inspired graffiti on the walls.
The food is super-fresh Middle-Eastern fair - think monstrously large grilled chicken, falafel or halloumi wraps (perfect to grab-and-go), or large mezze platters, ideal for sharing with pals, with a choice between meat or veggie.
It's all BYOB - so bring a few drinks (why not pick up some locally produced craft beers from some other Wriggle faves, such as Coffee + Beer over on Cotham Hill, or Beer Necessities down at Wapping Wharf?) and settle down to a spread of excellent value Middle-Eastern grub.
Also - check out the amazing table carved straight from a gnarled tree-trunk. It's been shipped all the way over from Mali especially!
