Head chef Huw is one of the most experimental, busy and multitalented chefs on Bristol's vibrant and varied street food scene. Under the moniker of Tubby's Corner, he's got years of experience in cooking a diverse range of cuisines from across the world, ranging from spicy Jamaican classics like jerk chicken to his ever popular Sunday roasts, served up at The Love Inn each week to hordes of hungry devotees.
Our favourite incarnation of Tubby's Corner, though, is Antojitos, also currently in residence at The Love Inn. Here, Huw cooks up a delectable array of delicious South American inspired dishes, delighting the good people of Stokes Croft with his bold, ballsy flavours and tantalising textures.
