Why we love it

There aren't many places in Brighton that truly cater for vegans in such a unique way, but Two Wolves Kitchen up at The Foundry is doing just that.

Their homemade vegan 'seitan' burgers have become something of a signature dish and are totally unique. For a lighter bite, check out one of their exciting new snack dishes such as Blueberry BBQ 'Ribs' or 'Meatball' Marinara Loaded Fries. Healthy, 100% vegan offerings that feel like you're indulging in some naughty pub grub.

Always fantastic vegan food here, the Italian night was really great, staff are lovely and the chefs come down to talk you through the food before you eat. The banana blossom is amazing!

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the menu sounded great! Unfortunately it just didn't live up to expectations. The mayo tasted really off, the home-made buns were very hard and dry. The vegan burger patty itself was delicious so it's a shame the other elements let it down.
