Traditional British pub The Cricketers is proud of its locally sourced produce and free range ingredients and is a fine example of British fayre. Their take on a traditional scotch egg with black pudding and honey is delicious - a contemporary twist on an old classic.
The best dish on the menu has to be their Weald Smokery Seafood Platter. With just about every variety of shellfish cooked, smoked, potted and baked, this is a real taste of the sea, finished off with a Bloody Mary sauce. It's Brighton at its finest.
