The Copper Clam is a family run restaurant on Brighton seafront serving up only the freshest and locally sourced food. Their lobsters are caught within a stones throw of the restaurant from Brighton beach and all of the steaks are sourced from Sussex farms.
The restaurant has recently undergone a major refurbishment and has fantastic eating areas both indoors and outside in both the summer and winter months.
