The Caribbean Kitchen made its way around some notable Brighton eateries such as The Druids and Riki Tik’s before settling in its current home - The Round Georges. Known for their iconic ‘Reggae Roasts’ served with perfectly cooked roast potatoes, rice ‘n’ peas, fried plantain, mac ‘n’ cheese and rainbow slaw. There are melt-in-the-mouth meats or tasty veggie and vegan options to choose from. Some of our other favourite dishes are the Ackee & Saltfish and Curried Goat. Jam-packed with Caribbean flavour and spice, we can’t get enough of this soul-nourishing pub grub.
